I ordered from axepalace.com and figured it would probably take a bit to go out. it shipped way quicker than I expected and I got the tracking fast too.
The package ended up showing up earlier than I had planned for, which was a nice surprise. no problems with the delivery at all, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was really simple. It just made the whole thing easy.

Support was helpful overall. It took a bit longer than I expected, but from the way they responded, I got the feeling they were genuinely trying to sort things out and not just rushing me through.

The prices on axepalace.com seem reasonable overall, but I wouldn’t say they’re the best deals out there. A few items felt worth the price, while others made me pause a bit. It doesn’t seem like a bad shop at all, but my instinct says to double-check and compare prices before buying again.

I was surprised they had the pickups I was looking for in stock when everywhere else was showing sold out!!! Ordering was simple enough, the site was easy to use, and I really don’t have any complaints. Definitely 5 stars for the inventory!!!

The action was low without any buzzing, the intonation seemed solid, and it just felt easy to play from the start. Part of me wondered if they dialed it in extra well so I’d be hooked immediately, because it definitely worked. Really happy with it

I ordered a handful of guitar parts, i was relieved when everything showed up exactly the way I selected it on the site. The colors were right, the sizes matched, and there weren’t any weird swaps or “close enough” substitutions.
Shipping was totally fine, but what stood out to me was how accurate the order was. It might sound like a small thing, but in my experience, not every shop gets the basics right, so I definitely appreciated that...

I’ve had this guitar for a bit now and messed around with it here and there, mostly just playing at home and trying a few different styles on it. It looks nice and it’s not bad to pick up for casual playing. After spending more time with it, though, I’d say it’s kind of just okay overall. There are a few little issues that keep it from feeling great, but it’s still usable if you’re not expecting anything amazing.

I had to return an order and the refund took a few days longer than I was expecting. You start to wonder if it’s going to be a hassle, but support did get back to me and the money came through fine in the end.

My order did finally show up in one piece, so I’ll give them that. But after waiting longer than I expected, it was a little frustrating to open the package and see the box looking beat up. The padding inside also felt kind of cheap, like it was just barely enough to get by. Nothing was actually damaged, which is good, but for what I paid, I expected it to be packed a bit better. Overall it was fine, but the packaging and the waiting definitely could’ve been better.

I did get my preorder in the end, so no major complaints there. I just expected the updates to be a bit more consistent, especially since it was a preorder and I wasn’t sure what the timeline looked like. Everything worked out, but the waiting felt a little more uncertain than I expected.
